Marketing & Content Executive

100% Human at Work is a charitable initiative with the vision to shape a more human future of work. We’ve brought together a rapidly expanding community of over 500 organisations and individuals who are passionate about re-defining and changing work for good.

We are looking for a talented marketing and content executive to join the 100% Human at Work team within Virgin Unite. The role will be responsible for creating content (blogs, articles, research papers, videos and more) for our website and publications, to enhance engagement with the 100% Human at Work community.

Responsibilities include:

Future of Work research to develop blogs, articles and papers, content collation from across the 100% Human at Work Network to amplify the work of others.

Developing social media and other channel content to further our reach, Day to day management of the 100% Human at Work website to ensure it is up to date and activity is moderated, Basic CRM management and administration, Copywriting / proof-reading, Research, devise and deliver content for our online and in person events and post event communications, and support with speaker research and briefing materials.

Transferable Skills

Excellent written skills with the ability to research and create unique and engaging content, Basic website management - previous knowledge of Squarespace is desirable, Excellent attention to detail, Understanding of social media and how to engage an audience, Basic video editing, Design experience would be desirable.

Hours per week: 25 hours per week (working three days per week) – Tuesday to Thursday (Flexible to meet the candidate's needs as required)

Hourly Rate of Pay: National Minimum Wage

Location: Location: This location for this role will be flexible, with a combination of office and home-working (Office located at: Virgin Unite, The Battleship Building, 179 Harrow Road, London, W2 6NB).

This role will be offered a variety of employability opportunities across the course of the six-month placement. This will include personal 1:to:1 career planning and coaching sessions, CV advice and guidance and a series of optional internal training and development sessions. Employability support will be provided in house by HR professionals and will be offered every two months. These sessions will be delivered online.

There will be opportunities for the individual to lead on key areas of work, with responsibility for tracking progress and communicating updates to other team members. Regular feedback and advice will be offered throughout the placement.
